Hello! I bought my new [ new to me :) ] '03 honda civic off of Mike on Saturday. I also dealt with Carol during the paperwork process. I just wanted to stop in and say what an amazing experience I had at your dealership. It was a very stressful time for me seeing as how this was the first time buying a new car and Mike made it so easy and NON-stressful. He was extremely personable and I felt like I had known him for years. He really went above and beyond to get me taken care of. He got me into a car that I have always wanted, at times only dreamed of, got my payments UNDER what I asked for AND made my parents feel comfortable as well. Carol was really great with explaining, in great detail at time, everything I was signing and needed to know. She was very sweet and I know that if I ever have any questions that I can call her. All in all, I will say this, I'm GLAD that I was turned down at other dealerships and couldn't find the car I wanted because I was meant to be in a Butler Nissan car! :) Thank you so much and I will DEFINITELY be recommending your dealership in the future. Jason, I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what a fabulous experience I had buying my Juke from Butler Nissan. I used to be a manager in the hospitality industry so I know how valuable customer feedback can be! My entire experience was a very positive one...from the very moment I stepped foot on the property to the time I pulled out in my new car. Eric was an excellent sales consultant...he was extremely down to earth, gave me his undivided attention, and was very knowledgeable. I also appreciated the time that he took to go over everything with me in my new Juke, and it felt like a very personalize experience. This is exactly the type of customer service that I was hoping to get (NOT someone who would make me feel pressured, etc.). Carol Bishop was extremely nice, organized, and thorough with all of the paperwork. She also worked efficiently, knowing that there are a lot of papers to sign and information to go over. I also met a gentleman (I cannot remember his name, but he was sitting at the middle desk) in the service department who congratulated me on my new purchase and said that he would be the one handling my oil changes, etc. Again, this just made me feel really special. Though I have only had my Juke for about 24 hours, I can tell you that I will probably drive Nissan vehicles for the rest of my life! And I will probably always to go Butler Auto Group to get them! I just wanted to send a quick message to tell you how impressed I was with your service department!  I did not have an appointment, but just stopped by to find out what my options were for service (underneath the front of my car, the cover was coming unattached and was starting to hang down) -- I had called the company I bought my car from, and they were not able to get me in for a week -- I decided to stop by your dealership, and they were AWESOME!!  They had my car up on a lift and were fixing the problem faster than I could even get the words out!!  One of the service guys came over to talk to me to let me know all the great express services you offered -- and as fast as that, my car was finished!  I expected to go to the service desk to pay -- or be told I needed to fix this or that on my car, but was simply escorted to my car and thanked for coming to Butler Nissan, and to please come back when I needed anything. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with dealerships, and this was the most refreshing experience!  I am a Customer Relationship Manager, so when I see great customer service, I feel it is necessary to send the compliment so you know you are doing things right!  I wish I could tell you the names of the guys in service, but they took care of me so quickly, I didn't catch them.  Thanks for the great experience!  I will be back!!

I found my dream car on the internet, problem was it was 120 miles away. It was Sunday so I emailed the dealership hoping someone would get back to me right away Monday morning. I received a call first thing Monday morning to let me know the Altima SE was still on the lot. By 2:00 Monday afternoon I had a deposit on the car and just had to make arrangements to pick it up. After speaking to my sales person, Pam Walters, several times I felt completely confident that the car was exactly what it appeared to be on cars.com. This is the first time I ever bought a car without seeing it or driving it. My husband took me to pick up the car on Wednesday afternoon. After arriving at the dealership I got to meet Pam right away and she had the car brought around. The car was absolutely awesome. Pam had it detailed and went over everything about the car I could ever want to know. The paperwork was a breeze. I was even given a better rate than quoted, Merry Christmas to me! I can not say enough good things about Butler Nissan. I have to say this was the most stress free experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone was so pleasant and had smiles on their faces. You don't find that at many car dealerships. I plan on driving this car for a very long time but when I am ready for my next Nissan I will definitely be making that 120 mile drive back to Butler Nissan!

Besides buying the greatest vehicle I've ever owned, I had the best salesman I've encountered in the 40 years of purchasing cars.  Chad was so helpful in every aspect from showcasing the Murano, going through paperwork, getting us the best deal possible and making sure we felt comfortable with all our decision to purchase the Murano.  Most dealerships hand you the key and say Thank You but Chad sat in the back seat explaining where things were & how they worked.  He even set up our bluetooth feature and auto garage opener for us.  He checked up on us after a few days to see if we had any questions.  Butler Nissan and the staff  get an A+ from us. Thanks everyone and especially Chad for the outstanding service.
